Customer Service, 9.1 – raised .2 in Aug, 2012 - Commitment to customer focus is what has elevated from relative obscurity in 2005 to established and growing brand in 2011. By that, we mean fair treatment of employees and vendors, investment in product and customer service improvements.

Members visited the Panama headquarters to meet and greet with management and marketing officials in 2009. Several vendor relationships have been struck with various firms affiliated with and all have been marching along as per contract and without interruption. The pledge to work professionally and respectfully with vendors and partners is usually a bellwether indication of how they will deal with customers, hence its importance in how ranks online sportsbooks.

Website , 9.1 – * increased .2 Sept 2011 and .2 again Aug 2012 - Improved site still not quite up to the level of other top sportsbooks, but the access to content and entry points to sign up and wager menus is solid. The company demonstrates its commitment to customer service by having the Live Support as one of the prominent links on the site – when you have questions, they want to answer them for you. Betting Edge contains excellent writing on sports and events of note and the links to racebook and casino are clearly positioned. Site has endured some pockets of sporadic outage in 2009, but loads quickly when its running well.
